We design, fabricate, assemble, pressure-test and document custom and standard manifolds for instrumentation, hydraulic, process and gas-sampling applications across all pressure classes and materials.\n\nEvery manifold leaves our facility fully assembled, tagged and documented - ready for direct installation.
Scope
- Instrument Manifolds - 2-valve, 3-valve, 5-valve; for pressure transmitters, DP transmitters, gauge connections
- Hydraulic Manifolds - custom block manifolds for hydraulic control systems, skid- and panel-mounted
- Process Manifolds - multi-port distribution manifolds for process fluid isolation and sampling
- Gas Sampling Manifolds - stainless steel systems for representative gas sampling per API 14.1
- Materials - CS, SS 304/316/316L, Duplex 2205, Super Duplex 2507, Inconel 625/825, Hastelloy C276
- Pressure Ratings - 6,000 PSI, 10,000 PSI, 15,000 PSI, and custom high-pressure rated to 20,000 PSI
- Connections - NPT, BSPT, BSPP, SAE, compression, tube stub - all sizes
