We supply, test, calibrate and certify SRVs to API 527 and ASME Section VIII using our in-house calibration bench.\n\nEvery valve is issued a traceable calibration certificate with set pressure, test date and technician sign-off.
Scope
- SRV Supply - conventional, balanced bellows, pilot operated and rupture disc types
- Pressure Ranges - 15 PSI to 10,000 PSI set pressure; body sizes 1/2 inch to 6 inch and larger
- Materials - CS, SS304/316, Duplex, Hastelloy; NACE MR0175 compliant for sour service
- Calibration Service - in-house hydraulic test bench; set pressure verification and seat leak test
- Certifications Issued - test certificate, calibration tag/sticker, PMI report on request
- Field Service - on-site testing with portable calibration equipment; fast turnaround
- Full Traceability - serial number, valve tag, test date, set pressure and technician stamp on every certificate
